Nose: Crunchy honey biscuits, fragrant baking spices, roasted peanuts with wafts of vanilla caramel.

Palate: Buttered fruit scones, creamy barley with a scattering of citrus peels and zingy ginger.

Finish: Apple crumble with a good helping of prickly ginger, soft vanilla cream.
