Indri is a village at the foot of the Himalayas in India. Since 2012, there is a distillery there that produces whisky in a sustainable manner from an Indian barley variety. Meet this (award winning!) Indri Trini, a single malt matured in 3 cask types.

Cristal-clear, it is made from the best Blue Agave plants of the Jalisco Highlands. Through a careful filtration process, our tequila gets an exceptional aroma note. Our tequila exhibits the grand personality of blue agave.

DISTILLED IN 2013, BOTTLED IN 2024​​

The agave was allowed to mature in the fields for 7 years before being harvested and going through the process of cooking, fermentation and double distillation. This artisanal tequila was bottled immediately after distillation.

Cabo Maya Reposado is aged in American white oak barrels during 8 months. The result is the perfect middle between Cabo Maya Plata: crystal-clear, of supreme quality and Cabo Maya Añejo, elegantly dark. Reposado is smooth and with soft oak notes.

Everything a good tequila should be with herbaceous, vegetal agave, citrus, green olives and brine as well as a creaminess that carries into rich buttery character.
