Nucano Mezcal Joven Tobala (70 cl, 44,2%)

This retains its bright color and can only be built on the agave used during
the distillation process. In this case it was the Tobala variant.
The end result is a very spicy mezcal, with earthy undertones and a
fresh presence of mint.
