They oversee the entire process of searching for wild agaves, cultivating the cultivated (espadín) agaves, harvesting, cooking, distilling, marketing and pairing with dishes, including chocolate.
The agave was allowed to mature in the fields for 7 years before being harvested and going through the process of cooking, fermentation and double distillation. This artisanal tequila was bottled immediately after distillation.
El Tequileño Reposado Gran Reserva is aged for a minimum of 8 months in American Oak and blended with a small amount of Añejo aged in American Oak. This is a perfectly balanced tequila with real character. A must for all!

for 4 months in American Oak.
Platinum is made from 100% Estate Grown Agave in the Highland of Jalisco. It is left to mellow in American Oak for a minimum of 14 days before it is bottled. It can be enjoyed neat or as a great addition to any cocktail. Makes a phenomenal Margarita
